Can someone correct my second statement of incorporated companies in GB The two types of incorporated companies in in GB are private and public companies. They have this these points in common: 1. The shareholders of the companies are only liability for the debts of the firm with their invested capital. 2. The amount of the companies capital is limited by the authorized shares. 3. A company is a separate legal entity and therefore the company has to pay corporation taxes on their profits. 4. Of a member death it has no effect to the company. 5 . The shareholders are not entitled to take part in the management. 6. Shares of a company are transferable in accordance with the articles. 7. The accounts of a company are generally open to the public.

In that case, the possessive apostrophe ( ' ) goes AFTER the last 's'. 4. A member death has no effect on the company. One last suggestion: 3. A company is a separate legal entity and therefore has to pay corporation taxes on their profits. [This is opinion. The sentence is not wrong, basically. This just sounds better to a native English speaker]
