do you want to improve your reading, listening, writing, or speaking skills? if speed is important, take a class. if $$ prevents you from taking class, watch movies in english. maybe even do an internet search for the movie script and follow along with a DVD. use closed caption/subtitles for a little while. but do not use it all the time or you will depend on subtitles to much. the BEST way to improve your english is to talk to speak english as much as possible, listen to english as much as possible. and read lots. hope that helps. :)
