Which one is correct: "sombody calls an ambulance" or "sombody call an ambulance"?

Somebody call an ambulance! -This is a command. Somebody calls an ambulance. -This is what is happening.

SomEbody callS.... You always add an "S" to the verb in present simple tense after a third singular pronoun like 'He, She , It". The same goes for the indefinite "somebody".
