problems with finding the correct tenses...
I'm quite not sure about the tenses in following text:
"I've been working as a wholesaler even though I'm on parental leave at the moment (I will probably go on working there after the leave). I've been working full-time with 40 working hours a week. My work has involved writing a lot of letters and doing the correspondence as necessary..... "
Is that correct?

Yes, it's all there. I understand you may be unsure since you're jumping between past/present/future, but each example is in its correct timeframe, and that's what matters.
