When speaking to both of your parents you use "vous" but with one of them, you use "tu"? Is that true?

Hi... yes you use "vous" for plurial or polite way and you use "tu" for singular or familiar or intimate way.... That difference is really important in France but these days you can hear a worker talking to the president using "tu" but it is to show inequality that's all.

Yes you use "vous" for two or more persons. But also if it's a person that you respect because is important you use 'vous' even if is only one person.
