Would you please tell me the problems of this sentence? What I feared, I taste now.

I see no problems with it, except that it's a little dramatic. I would expect to hear it in a Shakespeare play. It means I am experiencing (tasting) that thing that I most feared before.

We sometimes say "it seems so real you could almost taste it" (or smell it, or feel it). So the imagination - fears - have become real. Yes, it does sound dramatic! Strike a pose.
