Hi! XP SP3 doesn't exist, and isn't in development. SP2 was the last for XP, and all efforts are now focused on Vista.

The New patches will focus on updating network-related functions, including the Unified Access Control and Network Access Protection, and so on.It can solve the problem of too many trojans and loopholes users are facing now.But overall, compared with SP2,it doesn't add new functions for most users.
