Well, if you do not mind for some rectifications, your question should be written as,
"Where can I find a nice job?"
and in the contents,
"I want to have A nice job in any country..."
Honestly, this is a question where most of the job-seekers are always concerned.
Nevertheless, the first thing is that you should be well prepared in presenting yourself, and this starts from a well written résumé (curriculum vitae, CV). A good CV should have the ability that it could attract the human resources (HR) personnel within the first 15 to 20 seconds when they read your CV. Otherwise, your application can hardly be further considered.
I understand that it is not easy, because even I am now suffering the same problems. But then again, you need to arrange the CV into a way that it demonstrates your skills, your strength, and some of the positive side of your personality in the top 1/3 of the first page, in order that the contents may catch the attention of the HR personnel. Then, you will always have a good chance to be considered for a position.
Good luck, and good weekend. / 祝君好運及週末愉快。
