I agree with "rivers".In my opinion,if you want to improve your oral English,you should do more listening,and speak more.Actually,I'm a college student,too.My professor told me, chinese student like to say their Enghlish is very poor when they meet foreigner.So I think we should be more confident,don't afraid of making mistakes.Speak,speak,speak;listen,listen and listen.Little by little,the more you practice,the fluent you will be.But don't forget something,your pronunciation,make sure it's correct.Besides, the good voice and intonation make people more clear and enjoy.Hehe,I know it's not an easy process,both of us should put more effort into learning it.Wish you luck!No,wish we luck,haha.

A few points... Hang out with people who speak English, I am not sure where you're from in China but there'll probably some foreigners you can hang out with who are teachers at a local University or school. That way, you'll have an experience of learning both the language and culture. Put your face aside and don't worry about making mistakes, foreigners don't have a face and don't care if you make mistakes! Finally, concentrate on grammar more than pronunciation. English is spoken in many countries around the world with different accents, it's not like Chinese where there is a 标准 standard. Your grammar, however, is really important in gaining fluency in English.

I agree with Alice, I think you've got the right idea and you have come to the right place. I am sure you will be getting some conversation partners in no time.
