How will u spell 2012 and 2000 and 2003? Will it be 'twenty twelve' or 'two thousands and twelve' for 2012, 'two thousands' or 'twenty hundred' for 2000?

I'd use "twenty twelve", following on from previous centuries, nineteen twelve, eighteen twelve, ten sixty-six etc.

you can use both but i prefer twenty twelve & twenty hundred

I prefer to say "two thousand and twelve". This year is "two thousand and ten". Note that the "thousand" should be written without the "s".

here, we use to say "two thousand twelve" (omitting "and"). :)
