Both are different players with their own separate potential which can be used to gain a victory, however, overall, generally, everybody is not playing well at the moment. Before you say Rooney is not a good player, I think you should check the amount of goals he has scored for England. And also, he must have some great qualities and football skills to have made the national country team.
