what's different between "settler" and " inmigrant"

"A settler" is a person who goes to live in a new country or a new region of their own country. "An immigrant" is a person who has come to live permanently in a country that is not their own. "An inmigrant" if such a word does exist in the language denotes a person who goes to a new region of their own country.
