More often than not people will blurt out as "and me", so I would suggest you to choose "me" if you're asked to have to choose one, the "incorrect" grammar here works just like "me, too", which doesn't follow the strict grammar, but people's idiomatic speaking. However, since "and" is a conjunction per se, never a preposition, in strict grammar, it should be "I".
