how u manage while stress comes in life?

sometimes some stres is useful ( it stimulate us to better work and thinking) but too many stres is rather bad... very good is to take several deep breath and count to ten :) I do that..

Hi, learn to manage stress by having balance in your life, eat healthy food, exercise regularly and have friends whom you can talk to about problems.

While being stressed I desperately need to be alone for some time. In addition to this here are some other helpful methods. Firstly, to communicate with someone who isn't aware of your problems and in whose eyes you would never like to lose your face. Secondly, just to walk in the fresh air. Lastly, to do something hard and useful (e.g. tidying up), so that the new feeling of satisfaction by the good deed would ease your stress.
