Firstly, to communicate with someone who isn't aware of your problems and in whose eyes you would never like to lose your face. Secondly, just to walk in the fresh air. Lastly, to do something hard and useful (e.g. tidying up), so that the new feeling of satisfaction by the good deed would ease your stress.
