"I Love You" in German Ich liebe dich i moag di (an old saying for "i like you") I mog Di ganz arg! (Suebian: South German dialekt.)

2 variants "Ich liebe Dich" - strong and definitive "Ich hab(e) Dich lieb" - rather temporary, out of the moment Love life is complicated in German too :D

If it's a polite form, they say "Ich liebe Sie".(вежливая форма) Если Вы на "ты", тогда "Ich liebe dir".
