it is said that there are four language skills, listening, speaking, reading and writing among these, reading and writing are used, mainly(not not always), to express something formally and these are not the natural way of expressing ideas to express ideas naturally, we depend on listening and speaking for example, if u got surprised u say 'wow' spontaneously, instead of writing 'wow' more over, there are millions of native speakers (of all languages) who can neither read nor write but they use their language in more natural/spontaneous manner so, i think Listening and Speaking are the primary ( the most basic or most important) language skills human languages are mainly related to sound rather than visuals, smell or something like that and listening and speaking are the only skills that are related to the sound but for a completion , we should consider reading and writing skills too

Foreign language is like a chocolate. You can read the label of the chococate,or you can write about the chocolate. but you only taste the chocolate with your tongue. So speaking a foreign tongue is delicious:))
