"Prague-bearing prairie dogs". What does it mean? I'm sorry but it is all sentence! Without any context ... It is a title on my copybook! I'm really surprised by this. Especially by picture under this title. It is dogs) Russian designers are adorable! How they can write such stupid title..? Thank you all for your answers.

Are you sure it's not, "plague" instead of "prague". "plague-bearing prairie dogs" are rodents that carry a disease or pestilence.
