Hellowayy's examples are good. Basically, "end up" means that in the end you will be/not be something, or will be doing/not doing something (these verbs will always be in the gerund/continuous form). To "end up with" means that in the end you will have/not have something. This could be physical (like a child), or non-physical (like a bad reputation).

Since I am sick I will probably end up not going to school. I will probably end up with a bad grade since I didn't do my homework.
