Scondita significa senza condimento, non condita. Di solito un'insalata e' scondita quando non è stato aggiunto sale, olio o aceto. You can say that "scondita" means "plain" or "without dressing", even though on an Italian table you will not find any salad "dressing", but usually just salt, olive oil, and vinegar. :-)
