which sentence is right? they will keep my position not until I finish the training. they will keep my position until I finish the training. what do those mean?

"They will keep my position until I finish the training" is correct. It means that the job/position will continue to be yours while you do the training--they won't give it to anyone else.

Both make sense but the first one is weird and obviously not what you intend to say. The first one sounds like they're gonna take your position away before you finish the task, said like you're asked "will they take it away until you finish it", and you're trying to make fun of yourself "no, not until I finish it".
