how to get alone with new workmates well?
i am a new one at the present company,and i found those older co-workers are busy doing their work and it hard to get alone with them,is there any way to improve it?

I will just say Leave them along. Nobody cares new hands, and also does not want to have lunch with strangers. Unless you have questions need to ask them, just be quiet. They would only realize there has a man sitting in same room after you proved yourself in your job.
