could you help me understand " flail around with " ? HI , Will someone explain "flail around with A and B" to me, please ? I couldn't find the explanation to this expression in dictionaries. Thank you very much!

flail around with your arms - move your arms around in the air without any meaning

Imagine a fish out of water trying to flop around and get back into the water. When humans make a similar movement with their arms, other body parts, or their entire body, we call this flailing.
