No. They are the same. But..... "I am well" could indicate you have gotten well from an illness = 我好了

"Ok" is an adjective, so it can modify nouns, whereas "well" is an adverb, which in this case should modify a verb. You can say, "I am ok," and "I am doing well," and get the same meaning across.
