"싢다"와 "싫어하다"가 비해서 무슨 차이가 있나요?

It's quite straightforward.^^ "싫다" is an adjective while "싫어하다" is a transtive verb which needs an object. so "싫어하다" should be "~(을/를) 싫어하다" and "싫다" has to be "(~이/가/는/은) 싫다" respectively. For example, 나는 개가 싫다 not 나는 개가 싫어하다. 나는 개를 싫어한다 not 나는 개를 싫다. To sum up, Subjects + subject markers (이/가) + 싫다. Topics + topic markers(은/는) + 싫다. Objects + object markers(을/를) + 싫어하다. ^_______^
