See that 'Contact teacher' button that you've found on an Italki member's profile? If you fill that out that means that they will not do free language exchange with you. If it says 'Contact Teacher' that means they are either a tutor or teacher on Italki and only offer 'lessons' which you must pay for. If you just want free language exchange do not contact someone that is a tutor or teacher.
