Comprehensible input is reading or listening material in your target language that's not so far beyond your current level that you struggle to understand. Try to find things to read, watch or listen to where you understand about 60-80% of what is written or being said. Read, watch, or listen to things you enjoy, just do it in your target language.

I think you mean 'comprehensible' input. Correct?

I’ve been studying Norwegian on Duolingo for a little less than a year. I recently bought a book, “Short Stories in Norwegian” by Olly Richards, which includes several stories for language learners. I think I am just at the right level in Norwegian to benefit from this book. I don’t understand every word, but I understand the basic story. So this is perfect comprehensible input for me. It helps a lot that the stories are interesting so I want to continue reading them. Olly Richards publishes books of this type in several languages so I’d recommend them to someone who has reached an advanced beginner or lower intermediate level in a language.
