Many people are convinced that the leadership skill is an inborn talent. However, it is partly true but I would say that it is more about predisposition to it.It goes without saying that a person ,who were born with the leader predisposition, would spend less time to develop it rather than an individuals with other giftedness. In other words, speaking of skills, all people are born with the same abilities and can develop everything they need. People should not creat limitation with the excuses of lack of talent if they want to become a leader. Because it requires much more qualities than just inborn gift.
