My day begins always with a glass of water and a cup of coffee. Later, I plan the activities during the day per ten minutes. After that I focus my attention on the most difficult task, generally to study. I try to complete all my tasks before 13 or 14 hours, during this time I practice intermittent fasting to improve my concentration and avoid to prepare breakfast among other things.

After that I focus my attention on the most difficult task - generally, studying. I try to complete all of my tasks before 1PM - 2PM, during this time I practice intermittent fasting to improve my concentration and avoid preparing breakfast amongst other things.
