Today is Sunday but not sunny day. It has been drizzling all the day. Summer is drawing near, which means beach vacation is coming. I have to get back in shape, therefore, recently I go to gym frequently. As usual, I was lifting weights, a muscle guy walked to me and said, I should adjust my pose, and If I continue to work out like this, it will damage my lower back. Through communication, I know he is a professional trainer. Except for giving me a proper modification, he suggested that I should do cardio 45 minutes each day. I can get a overall fitness quickly if I combine workout with cardio four times a week. And doing cardio regularly like swimming, jogging and cycling can keep me in shape. Anyway, just write here. I have to stretch my body that is terrible sore.

(1) Not quite sure what you mean. You could just say “In addition he suggested that I...” (2) “Just write here” is a command (the imperative), so I don’t think it works here.
