In addition to money and technology, what else can improve an athlete's performance? In your opinion, what can make the biggest difference?
Regular nutrition and training, a trainer, and family, are the most important things for an athlete's performance. An athlete should be a disciplined person because everything can affect his physical performance. Regular eating and training are giving extra power, resistance and condition. (I'm not sure about the meaning of that sentence.) An athlete needs to have a great trainer because a good trainer motivates you toward success. Family support is another important thing because people always need family support. An athlete will be successful If they take these recommendations.
