I have written some sentences in English. Are they correct?🤔 ☀️Those shoes cost thousands yen if not millions yen. Those shoes costs thousands, if not millions, of yen (=they were very very expensive) ☀️Those shoes cost thousands yen even though it does not cost millions yen Even though those shoes did not cost millions of yen, they were still expensive (they did cost thousands) ☀️Those shoes cost thousands yen in spite of not costing millions yen. Wrong. And we would not use "in spite of" this way. In spite of not costing a lot of money, these shoes are very durable. ☀️We might speak English if not native English speakers Wrong. ☀️We might speak English even thought we are not native speakers We CAN speak English even though we were not born in an English-speaking country. We can speak English pretty well even if it's not our native language. ☀️We might speak English in spite of not native English speakers. We can speak English in spite of our not being born in an English-speaking country. VERY long and complicated Of course I need to study hard.😆
