Due to COVID-19 pandemic explodes in Taiwan recently, lot of Taiwanese start working from home, and even cooking at home. I just bought a lovely electric griddle to have a homemade BBQ set, and I can grill Waygu beef tongue by my own at home. I guess it’s an unexpected reward from this terrible pandemic….
