Hello everyone, I'm Swetha aged 23. I was born in the countryside in India, and we are about 4 members living in like a small neutral family. Myself being unemployed at the moment and My dad works as an accountant and he is the supporting pillar of the entire family for these many years, my mom is a homemaker who is keeping herself occupied with all our household chores including maintaining all our well beings and lastly my younger sister, working in an MNC relates to software and networking for about a year now. To get you all into a brief about my family background, I will say it to be very conservative towards the beliefs in outdated customs and cultures and always wants to limit us not to expose much into any social platform. Me and my sister are always educated to present ourselves to be decent, I would love to mention our excellence in studies, and a bit low to mention, but we haven't participated in any extracurricular activities, and absolutely not to raised to raise our voices even if we clearly see someone is wrong and always have to consider my family preferences or choices rather my own. I can admit of being drained living in this family nonetheless matters with all my affections and love towards my parents. Thank you for reading my short note about me and my family.

Hi Swetha! Thank you for sharing about your experience. I just added small corrections, but your vocabulary and grammar are nearly perfect :D It’s good to use the word ‘but’ when describing two contrasting ideas. I grew up in the United States and most of my friends from India had conservative families as well. That sounds difficult to live that way. I hope you can find your voice while balancing your love for your family. Well wishes!
