I have interest in having a good sleep, and have read some articles and posts about that. According to them, it is very imortant not to use electronic devices before bed because it is not only keeping us stay awake, but affect hormones as well. Also, body perceives lying down as sleeping, so lying down for too much time is not recommended. Most importantly, having a regular scheulde is important when it comes to improve sleep quality.
