I have interest in having a good sleep, and have read some articles, and posts
about that. According to them, it is very imortant not to use electronic devices
before bed, because it is not only keeping us awake, but affects our hormones as
well. Also, body perceives lying down as sleeping, so lying down for too much
time is not recommended. Most importantly, having a regular schedule is
important when it comes to improve sleep quality.
