This is an interesting question for everyone. And for me, especially this lockdown time in Vietnam, I set a workout schedule and eating routine for myself to keep fit at home. For example, I practice cardio 2-3 times a week in the morning (100 reps/3 sets Push up, 400 reps/1 set Jumping jack, 100 reps/2 sets Squat, and 250 reps/2 sets Jump high knees), and practice with dumbbells on left days. Beside that, I practice Intermitten fasting within 48 hours/ 2 weeks. With this schedule, I can burn fat and gain muscle while staying at home.
