I was looking for some homework in italki, and I found an interesting question about the personality a few weeks ago. Sadly I can't find it right now, but I think it said something like "Do you think the personality is already encoded in the brain or makes while we grow up?". I feel like I'd already read about this topic before, and I believe half of the personality has already been encoded by genetics, and the other half is developed through growing, education and experience. That's why the personality of a person can indeed change with the time.
