I've heard that the difference between the particles「は」 and 「が」 is a lot like the difference between "a/an" and "the". What're y'all's thoughts on this?

There are five differences between the particles "は" and "が". I have uploaded two of them to my YouTube. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yMXesVmSCCM https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zi9Q7zrl3OI&t=10s

Dear Alan, Please let me share my opinion. I think the particles 「は」and 「が」are close to "a/an" and "the" somewhat. I guess Japanese language teacher has explained it. 「は」and 「が」 emphasize the sentence(phrase) which we want to say. It's like depending on where the important phrase is. Before 「は」「が」or after. I couldn't explain well, sorry. Thank you very much.
