Learning languages through conversation Many of us grow up with the belief that when learning a new skill—especially a language—we must start from the very basics. And yes, countless learners have followed this approach and eventually succeeded, often after many years of study. But have you ever wondered how young children learn? They don’t sit in classrooms or spend hours memorising grammar rules. Instead, they mimic what adults say and do. Amazingly, within just a short time, they’re able to speak fluently—without exams, certifications, or complicated textbooks. At the heart of language learning lies a simple goal: communication. We don’t need to master every rule before we can start speaking. Even with the simplest of words and phrases, conversation is possible—and that’s where true learning begins. That’s why my approach to teaching English is rooted in conversation. By talking, we naturally pick up useful vocabulary and grammar in context. It’s interactive, engaging, and, most importantly, it mirrors the way we first learned to speak as children. To me, that makes the journey of learning not only more effective but also more fun.

I am gonna take an English interview tomorrow. What should I introduce myself better to strive for getting this offer. Next I need to take a shot beforehand . I am Audrey I am very excited and sort of nervous now cause this is my first English interview. I appreciate that you could give me this opportunity to have this interview . Our family of three live in Tianjin. We have resided here for about ten years since 2015. My son is 16 years old. He is gonna go to the boarding school this week. The simple family relationship and no need to take care of the elderly parents and young kids. That could make me dedicated to my job completely. I have two main work experiences. The first one is a Japanese company I had worked there for about 16 years until it give a layoff in 2023. I can’t believe that I could work in the same conditions for so long time. But it indicate that I am a down to earth and can work long time in the same place .

Today, I took my Italian final exam. Because it was the last big test of the semester, I studied a lot. I reviewed vocabulary, practiced grammar, and read my notes many times. I really wanted to do well, so I tried my best to prepare. However, when I saw the questions on the test, I got stuck right away. The format was different from the usual tests, and the problems were harder than I expected. I felt nervous, but I told myself to stay calm. Somehow, I managed to answer all the questions, even though I wasn’t sure about some of them. A few minutes before the test ended, I changed several of my answers. I thought those answers might be wrong, so I tried to fix them. After the exam, my classmates and I checked our answers together. I was shocked because all the answers I changed were originally correct. Changing them made them wrong. When I realized that, I felt extremely frustrated, and I cried. I worked so hard, but my own decisions made my score worse. The test hasn’t been returned yet, but I already feel stressed and sad. I keep thinking about the mistakes I made, and it hurts. Even though I feel terrible now, I hope I can learn something from this experience. Next time, I won’t change my answers unless I am completely sure. I really hope the result won’t be too bad.
