You will improve your listening and speaking skills, and at the same time you will be able to have daily conversations.
 
I have two types of textbooks. 
① For those who live (or plan to live) in Japan.(N4,5Level)　
 (You don't need to buy it, but it may be difficult to imagine for people who don't plan to live in Japan.)
②For those who live outside of Japan and enjoy learning Japanese along with Japanese culture.(Students also need to buy two textbooks at first due to copyright issues.  You can get them either as kindle books or in paper type.)

We will use the textbook that best fits your situation.
In both cases, after learning how to read hiragana and katakana, we use texts with lots of color illustration. It shouldn't be boring.
You can listen to a lot of voices of people (men and women) other than me, so you can naturally acquire listening skills.

To improve your speaking ability, listen and speak out.
First of all, try to imitate and speak the language so that you can understand the regularity and get used to it. We also do grammar exercises.
