Get ready for a fun conversation! This class is for students who want something simple and casual. In this class we can talk about anything you like! Improve pronunciation through conversation, become confident in your speaking skills by discussing topics that interest you, and get advice about how to best improve your English.
Although this class is 95% speaking, we can also use internet articles, tongue twisters, and other easily-accessible resources to help you have the most productive and enjoyable class that you can! Everything is up to you! You choose what you want to do in this class. 

First time practicing with a native speaker? No problem! We can definitely find something fun to talk about! :)

In the kids classes, we use Zoom Meetings  to easily have class while sharing materials with music, books, and even electronic quizzes!
I choose from many different courses to create the perfect customized lesson for each student based on what the student needs to improve.  I am always adding new fun thing to lessons so each kid will have access to resources even outside of class!

This class focuses on learning and perfecting the American accent by using the International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA). Each class, we will cover a new sound. You will learn how to properly adjust your mouth, teeth, and tongue to make different sounds in the American accent.

This is an intense class! So be ready work hard! (But also be ready to laugh as we may look a little silly. Haha!)

I had to complete the online coursework which included lesson preparation, activity planning, and time management. I also had to complete a set requirement of on-site work where I assisted and observed an ESL classroom.
This certificate enables me to teach English professionally both abroad and in my home country.

I spent two years studying music and theatre. This area of study required such skills as performing recitals, having a familiarity with several foreign languages (being able to speak or sing them fluently), a knowledge of dialect and IPA.

On-call English tutor for all students with a Cambly subscription. I assist ESL students in their English learning process by having a conversation, answering their questions, and providing lessons or activities (according to the student's skill level).

I teach a group of Chinese students (grades 2nd - 9th) online. I take them through the company's curriculum, using a screenshare program. I assist them along the way, correcting their pronunciation and guiding them through each lesson.

I prepared entire academic curriculum for a homeschool student. I also advised guardians on curriculum choice, and managed the student’s coursework.

Full time private tutor for struggling high school student. Coordinated independent studies along with his online learning program and provided extra training in several subjects such as English, Pre-Algebra, Literature, and Physical Science.

Part-time private tutor for Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma. Managed homework and independent studying for students grades Kindergarten - High school. Designed curriculum specifically unique to each student’s learning ability. Oversaw and assisted essay assignments for a college student from the Iowa Tribe.

Full time ESL teacher for an English school in China. Classroom teacher for students grades pre-school - adult. Private tutor for grades 9th - adult. Managed lesson plans for all students, improvised curriculum, and oversaw students’ academic progress from week to week.

Teaches 4 - 30 students in online classroom. Responsibilities include keeping students engaged in class, ensuring that students understand materials, and occasionally leading training sessions for   other ESL teachers.
