A short introductory lesson with some typical activities from my General, exam or business English lessons. I'll also give you advice and general error correction of your spoken English. A great chance to meet each other and find out about my teaching style.

General English  - 60 minutes

I will help you prepare for the exam of your choice: CAE exam (now known as C1 Advanced);CPE (Proficiency);FCE or the IELTS exam. We can work on all papers or just those that you choose.

I have many years experience of preparing students for exams. In these classes we will look at all the skills and strategies you need for the exam. Often this will involve focusing on one or two skills such as speaking and writing. Exam tasks will be set for homework.

Preparation for IELTS, CPE, CAE (C1 Advanced) or FCE

Do you have a piece of writing or a presentation that just needs checking for errors and more natural expression? For this class you will need to have prepared a piece of work which we can go through carefully. I'll offer suggestions for how to rewrite it and, if necessary, pronunciation advice.

Proof reading or checking presentations

Practise speaking, listening and grammar in a short, intensive lesson. We can cover whatever topics you need. A good lesson length for younger students.

30 minutes Personalised General English

Personalised lessons in general English or preparation for FCE, CAE, CPE or IELTS exams. Focus on speaking, grammar or the skills you feel you need most.

General English or Exam preparation 10 lesson package

A longer lesson with more time to practise all the skills you want to work on. Just as flexible as the other courses.

90 minutes General English (or exam preparation)

A higher level teaching qualification for experienced EFL teachers.
