We can have an informal chat about why you are learning English and my former experience. I will assess your English level through speaking exercises. We might complete a grammar exercise suited to your level to show you the kind of materials I use during my class. We can discuss areas of English to focus on in future lessons.

- During this lesson, I will prepare material (photos/news articles) for conversation practice. 
- You can also tell me any topics you would like to chat about!
- We will talk about several topics during the class.

- I will note down any grammar mistakes you make during your speech and we will work on the pronunciation of specific words.

In these lessons, I develop a specific learning plan for each student. I use a variety of materials including textbook/news articles/debate topics to enhance your vocabulary and comprehension.

- I will incorporate activities (grammar/speaking/listening/pronunciation/reading) into our lessons to consolidate your learning. 
- Homework can be provided to maximise your learning.
- As the lessons progress, we will identify key areas for improvement and focus on these. 
- I always prepare material for our classes.

I taught phonics, reading, writing and speaking to children aged 3-12. I worked full-time, planned lessons and provided homework assignments. I communicated with parents to keep them informed of their child's progress.

I was a one-to-one private English tutor for three students aged 6, 9 and 13 in Madrid. I taught them for an hour each once a week. I prepared my own engaging lesson plans that included grammar, speaking and writing exercises for an A2 and C1 level student. I planned tasks to prepare the students for English language exams.

I was a TEFL Teacher at a 2-week summer camp. I taught B2 level students aged 12-15 for 4 hours every day. In the afternoons, I took part in activities with the children such as creating a video diary for the summer camp and sports games. I developed skills to present information in a way that students could understand. I used my interpersonal skills to recognise the needs of individuals. I also developed different learning programs for students independently.

I gave presentations and assisted in university English classes taken by Spanish students. I was an assistant in two B2 level classes. In one class, I was responsible for creating presentations and planning grammar and vocabulary activities. In the other class, I helped prepare the students for the Cambridge English exam by practicing speaking exercises with them and improving their pronunciation and conversation skills.

I acquired a TEFL certificate from teaching English to children aged 11-16 at Beijing Royal School, Beijing, China. The school is one of the best international schools in the country and gave me the opportunity to experience another culture in depth. I taught English and Western culture every day for 4 hours across 4 separate summer camps. We also prepared the students to take a mock TOEFL test.
