Welcome to my trial class! This is a great opportunity for us to meet, assess your current English level, and discuss your learning goals. During the trial, I will get to know you better so we can plan future classes that are tailored to your needs.

With over five years of experience teaching English as a second language, both online and in classrooms, I specialize in working with children, but I also enjoy conversation sessions with adults. My experience with kids has helped me develop a patient, engaging, and fun approach that makes learning enjoyable. I know how to keep young learners motivated and interested while focusing on their language development. However, I am also well-versed in teaching conversational skills to adults.

In my lessons for kids and teenagers, I offer a balance of structured grammar lessons and casual conversational practice, depending on their needs and preferences. I create a comfortable and relaxed environment where they can feel confident in making mistakes and learning from them. My goal is to help them feel comfortable speaking English while improving their skills at their own paces.

This class is all about helping children speak more naturally, confidently and clearly in English. Each lesson focuses on engaging topics suited to your child’s age and interests - ranging from hobbies and daily life to creative questions and opinions. We practise expressing ideas, asking questions, and speaking in full sentences through guided conversation. Great for children who understand English but need more regular, loosely structured speaking practice.

Looking for a fun and educational way to improve your child's English reading skills? This lesson package is designed especially for kids of all levels! Each class features an engaging story or article followed by interactive comprehension activities to build vocabulary, critical thinking, and confidence in reading.

📖 Reading & Comprehension Lessons - Kids (Ages 4-17)

Grammar doesn’t have to be boring! In this course, I break down grammar rules into easy, child-friendly explanations. We’ll use fun examples and guided practice to master tenses, sentence structure, articles, prepositions and more. Lessons include games, writing support and visual tools to make grammar stick.

🧠 Grammar Made Simple - Kids (Ages 6–17)

I completed a 120-hour TEFL course, which included assignments and demonstration of teaching ability. Achieving this qualification paved the way for my teaching experience in Vietnam and South Korea.

In this role, I taught English to kids aged 6-13 and also covered classes with older students. The students I taught had varying levels of English proficiency, so I am well-versed in dealing with different learning challenges.

In this role, I worked at a kids English academy, teaching students of varying ages and useing a range of books, such as Top Stars, Young Stars, McGraw Hill Wonders, as well as many more.

As well as working on Italki, I work online teaching students of different ages and ability levels. I have over 22,000 talk minutes on the platform.

In this role, I worked at a kids English academy, teaching students of varying ages and used a range of books, such as Top Stars, Young Stars, McGraw Hill Wonders, as well as many more.

I have attached a PDF showing the relevant parts of my employment contract from South Korea, a position which I started in 2022 and finished in November 2024.

Between 2022 and 2024, I taught at a school in Busan, South Korea. This role allowed me to develop my teaching abilities and allowed me to work with students from the ages of 5 to 16.
