A lesson used just to get to know me as a teacher and for me to know what your English level is so I can write plans for the student in the future.

This is a quick practice package. This will be an opportunity for students to speak with me for quick 30 or 60 minute sessions throughout 10 lessons.

General Conversation Practice Package

This course is designed for advanced students that want to perfect their accent and to sound more natural and confident when speaking to natives. The course focuses on the accent and pronunciation of words in English, specifically the American way of speaking. The course will teach you all that you need to know about the more sophisticated topics of English pronunciation while also making it easier to understand and reproduce in your daily life.

Accent and Pronunciation Course

This is a letter of recommendation from my first boss in China outlining what my job responsibilities were at the time. I hope that this will finally allow me to become a professional teacher on the website as I have been applying for the position for more than three months now.

It was an intensive 100-hour in-person course. We were required to attend eight hour days full of classes as well as a practicum that we had to demonstrate at the end of the course in order to pass their requirements and receive the TEFL certificate.

This was a 120-hour course designed to ready the participants to teach in classrooms across the world as the primary English teacher in the room. At the end I had to take and pass both a written exam and multiple choice exam about teaching methods and various parts of English Grammar. The tests were personally graded by professional members of the staff to guarantee that it met their strict standards.

I focused mainly on language classes while studying in high school. I took 4 years of high school Spanish culminating in AP Spanish my senior year and I also took 1 year of Japanese classes as a senior as well.

This experience was incredibly helpful for me as it was my first job teaching English in a foreign country. I learned the key skills that have helped me to connect to so many students and to help improve their lives in more ways than just using English.

This was my first job working for a private organization and it definitely helped me in many ways, I had more responsibilities and larger groups of students to teach. I learned how to interact with not only the students and my coworkers, but how to also talk to the parents of said students. My people skills definitely improved as well as my teaching skills.

I have been working on Italki since 2020, and since then I have worked with hundreds of students to improve their English capabilities. I normally focus on grammar and pronunciation classes, but I have also helped students with interviews and business projects as well.
