This session explores how self-awareness helps us understand the deeper, often unconscious drivers behind our thoughts, emotions, and behaviour. Participants will examine how hidden motivations such as fear, approval-seeking, control, and status needs influence everyday decisions and reactions—often without us realizing it. Through reflection and practical examples, the lesson builds insight into how these internal drivers shape communication, relationships, and leadership style. Participants will learn how to recognise their own patterns, question automatic reactions, and develop greater emotional clarity. The focus is on increasing personal awareness, reducing reactive behaviour, and improving decision-making through a clearer understanding of what truly drives
