Jag pratar om självkärlek och hur det kan kopplas till allting, om vi tar hand om oss själva och älskar oss själva så kommer resultatet bli att världen blir bättre. Jag har lärt mig att börja ta ansvar för mitt liv därför har ett resultat blivit att sluta med kaffe och om det blev för mig som en handling av självkärlek.
