Tema: Para pedir DISCULPAS no siempre decimos LO SIENTO. Hay otas expresiones de acuerdo al contexto o según las circunstancias. Depende si es una situación social o hay realmente sentimientos de culpa o responsabilidad. LO SIENTO no es incorrecto, solo digo que hay otras opciones, también según la cultura e incluso según la personalidad del hablante.

En este episodio hay muchos ejemplos que incluyen PASADOS, verbos reflexivos y vocabulario.

Algo que muchos saben, es que el origen de las palabras, particularmente en español proviene del latín, del griego, del árabe, en fin, muchas tienen orígenes llamativos y a mí siempre me ha gustado saber el porqué de las cosas. Escucha, al final puedes comentarme si este origen lo sabías o que creías de la palabra. Paraphrasing and summarizing: Reflect back key points in your own words to confirm comprehension and demonstrate attentiveness.
Empathy and emotional intelligence: Acknowledge the speaker's feelings and tailor your responses to create a safe space for open communication.
Active listening benefits businesses in numerous ways:

Stronger client relationships: By truly understanding client needs, businesses can provide more relevant solutions and build lasting partnerships.
Enhanced negotiation and sales: Active listening allows salespeople to tailor pitches and identify client concerns for successful deal-closing.
Improved team dynamics: Active listening fosters collaboration by ensuring everyone feels heard and valued, leading to better problem-solving and decision-making.
Reduced conflict: By giving speakers their due attention and clarifying positions, misunderstandings and conflicts are minimized.
