The word "みんな" above is a noun and an adverb; in a sentence like this, it becomes an adverb, and no particle is added.

・adverb 
みんな元気（げんき）ですか！
この店(みせ)のパン、みんな かいました。
 
・noun 
みんなのお父さんは元気ですか。
みんなのうしろに 大きいイヌがいます！
