Examples:

Overlooking achievements: Failing to acknowledge employee accomplishments.

Lack of public acknowledgment: Not recognizing employees in front of peers.

Ignoring employee feedback: Disregarding employee suggestions or ideas.

Ultimately, advocating for oneself is crucial in a work environment where recognition might be lacking.

Organizations should implement formal recognition programs, provide opportunities for peer-to-peer recognition, and create a culture where appreciation is valued. みなさんはどこでコーヒーを飲みますか？私はドイツにいるときはいつも家でコーヒーを飲んでいます。私のイタリア人のパートナーはモカという機械でエスプレッソを淹（い）れています。私は朝はそのエスプレッソにミルクを入れてカフェラテにして飲んでいます。
日本に帰ってきてからは、いつもコンビニでコーヒーを買って飲んでいます。コンビニのコーヒーは一番小さいサイズなら一杯100円で、味もおいしいです。注文方法はレジでお金を払って、カップをもらい、機械にカップをセットしてボタンを押すだけです。私はレジで注文するとき「ホットコーヒーのSサイズをひとつお願いします」と言っています。アイスコーヒーを飲みたいときは冷凍庫に行ってアイスコーヒー専用の氷が入ったカップを取り、レジに持っていきます。私は先日アイスコーヒーを買ったのに、コーヒーを淹れるのを忘れて帰ってしまいました。なのでアイスコーヒーのカップを持ってコンビニにもう一度戻らなければいけませんでした。みなさんもコンビニでコーヒー以外のものも一緒に買うときは気をつけて下さい。
ちなみに日本ではスターバックスのようなカフェも人気ですが、いつもたくさんの人が並んでいて、値段も高いので私はあまり行きません。それにスターバックスのコーヒーは私には苦すぎます。
