1 帮   帮帮我！   帮一下我！
2 帮助   谢谢你的帮助。    感谢你对我的帮助。
3 帮忙   给我帮个忙。     他帮了我一个大忙。      我给他帮了个小忙。

Check out how much you understand the sentences with a voice recording. 
Never look at the sentences when listening to the voice recording. 
And Listen to the sentence repeatedly until you hear it completely.
